Terms and Conditions — Six Gaming Pakistan

By registering an account at Six Gaming, accessing the platform, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account or use the Six Gaming platform in any capacity.

These Terms and Conditions apply to every product and service available at Six Gaming, including but not limited to live dealer games, slots, jackpot slots, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, and sports betting including football. Any additional product-specific or promotion-specific terms published on the Six Gaming platform are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them.

Six Gaming reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified by email or by a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of Six Gaming after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To use Six Gaming, you must register a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, a valid mobile number, and date of birth. The information you provide forms the basis of your Six Gaming account identity and is used for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming purposes.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Six Gaming account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are identified, Six Gaming reserves the right to close all accounts, consolidate or forfeit any associated balances, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Six Gaming will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact Six Gaming support immediately. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account until you notify Six Gaming of any unauthorised access.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options offered by Six Gaming when available.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Never allow another person to use your Six Gaming account — this includes family members.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Six Gaming. By completing registration, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Six Gaming may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age, identity, or payment details. Accepted documents include a valid CNIC, passport, or driving licence.

Where Six Gaming has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is underage, the account will be suspended immediately. Any deposits made by an underage account holder will be returned to the original payment method after identity verification is completed and the player is confirmed to be under 18. Any winnings generated by an underage player's account will be forfeited.

All financial transactions at Six Gaming are denominated and settled in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion takes place at any stage of depositing, playing, or withdrawing. The exact amount you deposit or win is the amount credited to or debited from your Six Gaming wallet — with no hidden charges or rate deductions.

Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit at Six Gaming is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Maximum single withdrawal limits vary by payment method and player verification level — these are detailed in the payments section of your account dashboard. There is no maximum total withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the Six Gaming payments team. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes. Bank IBFT transfers are processed within the same business day when requested before 4:00 PM PKT. Six Gaming does not charge withdrawal fees. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or wallet provider.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Where this is not possible, Six Gaming will contact the player to arrange an alternative method. Six Gaming reserves the right to request identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal.

Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. Six Gaming will contact the player by email prior to applying any inactivity fee. After 12 months of inactivity, a monthly administrative fee of Rs 200 may be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero. Players may reactivate their account at any time by logging in.

Six Gaming offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements and specific terms published alongside each promotion. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of those specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Welcome Bonus

The Six Gaming welcome bonus provides a 100% match on a player's first deposit up to a maximum of Rs 50,000. The bonus is credited automatically within 24 hours of the first qualifying deposit. The combined deposit and bonus amount is subject to a 30× wagering requirement before any withdrawal may be made. Wagering on live Baccarat and live dealer games contributes 20% toward the requirement; all other eligible games contribute 100%.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bets placed with bonus funds that are subsequently voided, returned, or cancelled do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Six Gaming reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that bonuses already credited to player accounts and under active wagering will be honoured.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including coordinated wagering between multiple accounts, arbitrage betting with bonus funds, or pattern play designed to minimise risk while clearing a wagering requirement — will result in the bonus being cancelled without replacement.

All games available at Six Gaming — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, slots, jackpot slots, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual rules published within each game. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a real-money bet.

RNG Games

Slots and other random number generator-based games at Six Gaming use independently certified RNG algorithms. The randomness and fairness of outcomes is verified by regular independent audits. Players cannot influence the outcome of RNG-based games beyond the decisions explicitly built into the game mechanics (such as choosing paylines or selecting bonus options).

Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games — including live Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and Baccarat — are conducted with real physical cards by real professional dealers in a live studio environment. Game results are final once the round is completed and confirmed by the dealer. Any dispute regarding a live game result must be submitted within 24 hours of the round in question.

Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, Six Gaming will make a good-faith determination of the round's status based on available game data. Where a round cannot be fairly determined, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. No winnings will be awarded for incomplete or technically disrupted rounds where the outcome cannot be verified.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets at Six Gaming are subject to the specific sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section. Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are the odds at which the bet will be settled. Live in-play bets are subject to a short delay to prevent exploitation of delayed broadcast feeds. Six Gaming reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds due to a technical error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Six Gaming platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Identity fraud: Registering or verifying an account using another person's identity documents, mobile number, or payment method.
• Collusion: Co-ordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any card game or tournament at Six Gaming.
• Chip dumping: Deliberately losing chips or funds to another account in a manner designed to transfer value between players.
• Money laundering: Using Six Gaming to layer, integrate, or place criminally derived funds. All suspicious transaction activity is reported to the relevant Pakistani financial intelligence authorities.
• Exploitation of software errors: Taking advantage of a known or discovered software bug, display error, or pricing mistake to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or interact with Six Gaming games without genuine manual input.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback for a deposit that was genuinely made and credited to your account. Accounts with active chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation.

Six Gaming collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Six Gaming collects personal data for the following purposes: account creation and management, payment processing and fraud prevention, age and identity verification, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and legal compliance. Six Gaming does not sell personal data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Six Gaming is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost and can be activated directly from your account settings without contacting support.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a notification to remind you how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from gaming for a defined period (1–30 days). During a cooling-off period your account remains open but bets cannot be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the Six Gaming platform for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period. Accounts under self-exclusion will not receive marketing communications.

Players who self-exclude agree not to attempt to register new accounts, use alternative personal details, or access Six Gaming via any other means during the exclusion period. Six Gaming reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms and Conditions, provided false information, engaged in prohibited activities, or where required by law.

In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or identity theft, Six Gaming may freeze the account balance pending investigation. The player will be notified of the suspension by email and given an opportunity to provide documentary evidence to resolve the matter. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance released. Where a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited or transferred to the relevant authority.

Players may voluntarily close their Six Gaming account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure (after deducting any outstanding bonus wagering requirements and applicable fees) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

All content on the Six Gaming platform — including the Six Gaming brand name, logo, game interfaces, visual designs, written content, software, and any other materials — is the intellectual property of Six Gaming or its licensed providers. No part of the Six Gaming platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without explicit written permission from Six Gaming.

Game content provided by third-party developers (including slots and live dealer software) remains the intellectual property of those developers, licensed to Six Gaming for use on this platform. Players receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Six Gaming platform for personal entertainment only.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Six Gaming's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising from contract, negligence, or any other cause — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Six Gaming is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of anticipated savings arising from the use or inability to use the Six Gaming platform.

Six Gaming does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform availability. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may temporarily affect access to some or all services. Six Gaming will endeavour to minimise maintenance downtime and to provide advance notice where planned maintenance is scheduled.

Six Gaming reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are significant — such as changes to fee structures, withdrawal policies, or player obligations — registered players will receive at least 14 days' advance notice by email. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without notice.

The version of the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of any event or transaction will govern that event or transaction. The current version is always the one published on this page at sixgaming.app/terms-conditions and is dated at the top of this document. Players who do not accept a material change to these Terms and Conditions should close their account before the change takes effect; continued use of Six Gaming after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
